• We do not sell your personal data, uploaded photos, or generated videos to third parties.
• Our media endpoints require your account session. When our AI provider needs to process your photo to fulfill your request, it receives a temporary access link solely for that purpose. Your media is not published in a public gallery.
• AI providers process your photo and host the initial generated result. Their retention and access policies also apply to those provider-side copies. Previously shared or downloaded files cannot be recalled by signing out of this website.

5. Data Storage and Retention

• We retain your personal data and account details for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations.
• Unpaid photos and previews are deleted after 3 days.
• Original photos are deleted 7 days after the video completes.
• Finished videos are kept until January 31, 2027, then deleted.
• You can delete a video at any time from "My videos" or delete your entire account, which removes all associated media and personal data.
