Refund Policy — Santa AI Video

Scope

This Refund Policy applies to one-time video packs purchased through Santa AI Video, a service operated by INERTIA PRIME LLC (30 N Gould St STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA) (for example, 1 video for $7.99, 3 videos for $16.99, or 1 HD video for $12.99). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

Santa AI Video sells one-time video packs only. We do not offer subscriptions, and no purchase renews automatically — you will never be charged again unless you place a new order.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer right that applies in your country or region.

What Each Purchase Includes

Each purchased video credit covers:

• One AI-generated Santa video.
• One free remake if the first result does not look right.
• Automatic return of the credit if the generation fails before producing a result.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, email hello@santaaivideo.com from the address associated with your account. Requests for unused credits must be made within 14 calendar days of purchase. Please include:

• The email address associated with your account.
• The order or transaction number.
• The date and amount charged.
• A short explanation of the issue.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. We review the payment, service usage, credits, and circumstances of each request.

When a Refund May Be Approved

A full or partial refund may be approved when:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• The charged amount or product was incorrect.
• Purchased credits were not added to your account.
• A sustained technical failure prevented you from generating videos and we could not resolve it.
• A payment was unauthorized, subject to reasonable account and payment verification.
• Applicable law requires a refund.
• You have unused credits and request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
• You are still unhappy with a video after using its free remake — tell us what went wrong and we will refund that video.

Items Generally Not Refundable

Except where required by law, refunds are generally not available for:

• Credits already used for completed video generations, except as described above.
• Video packs after a substantial portion of the credits has been consumed.
• Credits that expired after the 365-day validity period shown at purchase.
• Free, promotional, bonus, or manually granted credits.
• Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

Failed Generations

One credit is deducted per generated video. If a generation fails before producing a result, the deducted credit is returned to your credit balance automatically. This credit return is not a cash refund.

If the credit does not return within a reasonable time, email hello@santaaivideo.com with the order or transaction number.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are normally sent to the original payment method. We may revoke the corresponding unused credits when a refund is issued.

We initiate approved refunds promptly, but your bank or payment provider controls when the funds appear in your account. Currency conversion differences, bank fees, and payment-provider fees may not be refundable unless required by law.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. This does not waive any right you have to dispute a charge with your payment provider.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page.

Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your place of residence.
